Pyzel Ghost XL Surfboard — JJF’s High-Performance Step-Up - The Pyzel Ghost XL is Jon Pyzel’s beefed-out version of the Ghost — the same model John John Florence rides, refined with extra foam for paddle power and forgiveness. Originally built for hollow and powerful waves, the Ghost XL is tuned to handle everything from reef breaks to punchy beachies and long point breaks when the swell hits 4ft+.

Surfboard Features
Rocker – Medium/low entry rocker up front for quick wave entry and easy speed, paired with extra curve in the tail for control and responsiveness in critical turns.
Deck & Rails – Foam distribution shifted forward under the chest for easier paddling, balanced by thinner rails and a foiled-out tail for control at speed.
Concave – Single concave running nose to tail with a subtle double concave inside. This creates lift and speed down the line while making rail-to-rail transitions smooth and reliable.
Tail – Rounded pin tail for hold and control in hollow, powerful surf. Helps the board stay engaged in the barrel and smooth through rail-to-rail transitions.
Glassing – Stock under 6'2" is 4+4 Deck:4 Bottom| Stock over 6'2" is 6+4 Deck:4 Bottom
Outline– Wide point pushed slightly forward of centre for added paddle power, with a pulled-in tail and refined nose that keep the board fitting tight in the pocket and holding through barrels.
